The Beach House
The Beach House, on the unique island of Gili Trawangan, is an
innovative and contemporary resort set amidst tropical gardens,
facing the sparkling turquoise waters of the Lombok Straits.
The resort comprises boutique accommodation - a waterfront bar, an
international restaurant serving dishes using the freshest
ingredients, and an extensive and assorted wine list.
The Beach House recognizes different guests have different needs
and therefore has structured its accommodation accordingly. The
top level of accommodation is a four-bedroom luxury villa with a
private fresh water pool, big screen TV in the living area,
personal TV/DVD sets in each room, en suites for each of the four
king size bedrooms and a complete kitchen and bar, over 2 levels.
The top level has views over the sea to Lombok, with Rinjani
Volcano on the horizon.
The villa is ideal for families or groups of up to eight, and
offers a new level of comfort and luxury associated with modern
tropical villas
Hotel Facilities
- All bungalows and villa bedrooms have Indovision TV & DVD
players, safes and mini bars
- All bedrooms come complete with air conditioning
- Comprehensive and extremely competitive list featuring wines
from Australia and France
- The Villa has its own private freshwater pool. For guests
staying in the bungalows, the resort has a refreshing freshwater
plunge pool

Our Rates are inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people,
additional charge shall be applied accordingly
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3. Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 1 kid under 12 years old
sharing bed with parent
4. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge of USD
15 nett/pax/day
During Low Season
No Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us
10 days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 1 (one)
night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service
charge will be applied.
During High & Peak Season (from the
whole August and from 20th December to 5th January)
Cancellation Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 14
days prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less than
14 days prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, 1 (one)
night room charge plus applicable 21% for government tax & service
charge will be applied
Payment Procedure & Booking Confirmation
1. We are so pleased to work on pre-payment system and therefore
your booking is automatically confirmed with confirmation number &
code, once you have done the wire transfer to our account.
2. No refund will be made if you decide to check-out earlier than
the reservation made.
3. We are not responsible for any bank charges.
